Strata App - Vancouver
Strata is a self-initiated identity and product concept for a strata management platform, built for the condo buildings and strata corporations we live in across BC. The name comes from geology: layers laid down over time. The symbol is an S cut into three pieces. The upper and lower quarter-rounds are the ground, and the slab between them is the stratum. Both arcs share one radius, so the mark stays simple enough to reproduce as a sign, an icon or a single-colour print. The wordmark is set in Belleza for an inscribed, architectural feel, and the interface uses Inter. The palette stays tight: Strata Red, black and white, with frosted graphite glass for the app panels. The app gives owners and council one place for strata fees, the contingency reserve fund, maintenance requests, AGM voting, bylaws, documents and amenity bookings. It was designed at desktop scale first, then carried through to tablet and phone. Feedback is Welcome
